Request Account Deletion
Submit your request below and we will process it within 30 days.
Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data and project data associated solely with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.
What happens after you submit:
- We will verify your identity via the email address provided.
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
- Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Alternative deletion method:
You can also request deletion directly from within the TerraCapture app via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing us at admin@terra-capture.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
